I picked the kids up from being at Mom and Dad's for the weekend. Sounds like the kiddos gave them a run for their money. They went swimming a lot; great weather for it. Poppie took J fishing. It's amazing that he would sit there for a couple of hours but he must have been focused. Pop got him a Spiderman fishin pole and tackle box to match. He caught a 2 lb. Big Mouth Bass. Pop's got pictures on his phone when he emails them to me, I'll post them. I've got some great ones of them at the store.
Well Mom and Gig refinished an old rocking chair that was mine when I was a little girl. It used to be pink with Strawberry Shortcake on it. Mom did it in yellow with little frogs so both kids could use it. They love to rock.
J hit his heel on the fireplace and took a chunk out of it. It is just superficial bu the drama of multiple bandaids, socks, shoes, and what to do about the pain has been intense. I'll show you the pic of him being waited on.
Little C is such a talker. She gets those hands going. Today, she wanted to read a truck book at bedtime and said "tuck, tactor, and pow" for truck tractor and plow.
Eric has to go to work at 3am for a big download. So, tomorrow will be a long day, he is already in bed.
