Here are some pics of the house we are very interested in. We have a few concerns. We love the house and wouldn't change anything about it. However the 3/4 acre lot's backyard is taken up with an inground pool and cabana and doesn't leave anywhere for a swingset except the sideyard. Behind the house is a 100 acre bean field and Eric doesn't ever want it to be commercialized but that is probably one thing you will never know. It is zoned residential IF the farmer ever sells or Mooresville ever expands so alot of What ifs. It is about a 1/2 mile from Highway 67 so not alot of place to ride a bike but we are only 5 minutes from Hummel Park.
