We had our final PTA meeting tonight for the school year. I am officially the Kindergarten representative for next year; so I hope that it won't be too much work! But we did find out that the school raised $3,182 in box tops, 35,000 Campbell Soup labels (we haven't figured up or got the check from Campbell's to know how much money this is), 54,000 Marsh grocery points which bought ALL the Sport Science books, all laminating material for next year, manilla folders, pens and pencils for all classes, and some other things, and the Scrip program (the gift cards) took almost $180 of J's tuition for next year THANK YOU, THANK YOU, ALL, and contributed $10,000 to our church. So thank you all for buying the scrip gift cards!!!! And thank you Mom, Gig, and Aunt Les for sending all your box tops. P.S. I will be saving them thru the summer, too to turn in for next years. The 2nd grade won with the most box tops and got a pizza party BUT ALL classes got popsicles. I think J's class would have rather had the popsicles, anyway :)
