New York Trip

I'm a little behind but we are in New York and got here Saturday afternoon around 2pm. We left on Friday at 3:30 pm and drove until 11:00pm and stayed in Erie, PA at a nice Holiday Inn on the Erie Canal. We left after breakfast on Sat around 9:30 and got here around 2pm. The kids did really well. On Friday we only had to stop 2 times for potty breaks. However, no one napped in the car for even one minute and were still wired at 11pm and jumping on the bed at the hotel while I was talking to Pop. But everyone quieted down and Soph slept great in her pack n play and is actually sleeping in the pack n play in the big bonus room at Grandma and Grandpa's. The kids were in the pool pretty much as soon as we got here on Saturday. They went to bed a little early and slept great. They are getting spoiled with a TV in their room! That's a special Grandma and Grandpa treat only.

Yesterday we went to Grandma Jo's family reunion at Camp and had a great lunch. Then we came back and swam some more and had our favorite pizza, "Tony's" for supper. Aunt Les brought Eric's favorites...Headlights for breakfast and Half Moons for snack. Needless to say, they are almost gone.

Grandma, the girls, and I went to the park this morning and have been swimming this afternoon, while the boys (Uncle Sean, Grandpa, Eric, and J) are out on Uncle Sean's boat fishing and swimming at Old Forge.

I love the pic of all 4 cousins. I am going to have to get a pic of all of them, again, before we leave.
