Ash and Miss Kitty

Christmas at Nene and Pop's

We had a great Christmas at Mom and Dad's, today. The kids were sooooo excited, especially Sophi which was so much fun. J got an awesome train table, Sophi got her first tricycle, and Tootie was surrounded in Barbies, Tinkerbell, Pet Shop guys, and LaLoopsies. And so much more. They had a great time and so did we adults. Mom and I got to play 4 rounds of Mastermind, which was a blast. Asher looks so much like his daddy and is in that laughing, rolly poly stage. 18lbs at 3 months. He is so stinkin cute. Mom and Dad got Sophi a cat that is like real, it purrs, cleans it face, meows when you walk by. It is freaky! At first, Sophi cried then after the day went on she became attached. Then Asher got a glimpse of Kitty and thought it was sooo funny. Soph ate 6 bags of fruit snacks and would try to keep talking people into opening bags of candy or snacks by saying "Here, Here, Here!!" They were definately on a sugar high. I bet they have crashed for Nene and Pop. Mom and Dad are keeping the kids for the next couple of days for some fun Christmas Vacation activities. Then the 2 big kids are going back for New Year's Eve so that Nene and Pop can take them to see "Yogi Bear". We adults made out pretty darn good, today, too. We got lost of gift cards and I will be sleeping in late tomorrow and heading out for my shopping spree to J.C. Penney's, Kohls, downloading e books to my Nook from Barnes and Noble, Pac Sun, Charlotte Russe, and Bed Bath and Beyond. Craig and Nic got me a beautiful candle holder and White Winter Pine dishes for my birthday!! What a great Christmas. We had a great day together!

Santa Visits

Here are some pics of the kids with Santa that I forgot to post. Tootie apparently was like a deer in headlights so I only have a short video of her. Here is also a pic of Asher with Santa. This is so hilarious. He sure did love Santa. Unlike, Soph who you will not see sitting on Santa's lap since she was terrified this year. Next, year should be a smiling year for all 3.

Christmas Video of Kids

Santa came to our house!!

Well, I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! We sure did. The kids were thrilled this morning to see that Santa had been here and they didn't get coal. LOL! They put their reindeer food out last night and left goodies for Santa. They found there note along with all kinds of good presents. J's big gift from Santa was a Nintendo DS. His FAVORITE game is "Cars". Thanks Cam, Sean, and Les. He is very much into building things like robots and lego cars on his own so he made a little sign for his door that says "No Bode can com in my room!" to keep the girls out so they don't bother his pieces to his Lego Puzzle project (Thanks Grandma and Grandpa). So I took over Super Mario Bros. while he was upstairs! So much fun! Tootie got a Repunzel vanity and Sophi loved to sit at it and brush her hair. Tootie has been playing with her new babies, Pet Shop "guys", and tiny princesses like crazy. Soph just tries to hoard as many toys as possible and play with them before they get taken away. LOL! We are headed to Mom's in the morning for the Hendry Family Christmas and all 3 kids are going to stay for a couple of days!

Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas

Well, I am now officially 33! I don't feel much older except the creaking in my knees when I get out of bed in the morning. Mom, Dad, Gig, and Mamma came over on Sunday with lunch for a birthday lunch. They brought beef and noodles, a ham, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, party salad, deviled eggs, rolls, cookie and candy plate, more cookies, cherry rolls, a pineapple upside down cake-yummy, and a German Choco cake and LEFT all the leftovers so I won't have to cook for awhile.
I got a Nook from Mom and Dad...Yippeeeeeee! I'm already on my second book it is awesome. I got some great gift cards, money for new clothes, accessories for my Nook, some new doilies, and probably some other things I am forgetting. It was a GREAT birthday! We all had a fabulous time.

The kids have been sledding down the hill. Soph doesn't want to yet. Tootie went down once and was done that is why you won't see her in these pics. Gearing up for Santa. Not too much else going on!

P.S. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO RYAN, TODAY!!!!!
