We got the tree decorated on Monday night. The kids had a ball! Tootie could have put up a thousand ornaments. I had to relocate the ones all along the bottom so Soph Bug wouldn't pull them off and play with them. The kids learned about St. Nicholas the patron saint of children on Monday and put their shoes out and at the end of the day they were full of candy. So he has put out his, Tootie, and Sophi's shoes the last 2 nights. And I'm sure St. Nick is running low on candy. J tells the story that St. Nicholas went to heaven and that's when Santa took his place and Santa is actually the second Santa Claus. I love this age.
Ashley is here from Florida visiting and looking for a place to live and had an interview. J LOVES him and told us that he will miss him and why couldn't he just stay here forever. He even put out Ashley's shoes for St. Nick, tonight!
Sophi found one of Aunt Les's presents. Luckily, this is the only one spotted but I couldn't resist since she wanted it SOOO bad and I can't tell you the struggle to get it off at bath time. One extremely SUCCESSFUL present so far!!!! :))))))))))))))
