Catholic Schools Week

Well, J and I went to mass at 5:30 last night, and I was so very proud of him. He sat with his class and Mrs. B. for a special children's mass to kick off Catholic schools week. He was so amazing. He listened so well during church, he can genuflect and kneels and prays with no guidance. He did such an amazing job and was so reverent.
The principal, Mrs. Keith, talked during mass and St. Susanna's ranked first among all 2010 IStep scores, they were given an exemplirary rating from the state, one of St. Susanna's students won the divisional spelling bee, and 3 of St. Su's students tied for 1st in the math divisional and another received 2nd place. The goal from the state is that each student improve their Istep scores by 52 points each year of school, St. Susanna's averages 76 points each year. I say it is all because Christ is in the school and surrounds everything they do.
J and Toots went to J's friend, Jada's birthday party this evening at Indy's Pizza (kind of like Chuck E. Cheese). They had a fabulous time and came home charged up. Soph and I had a little at home spa day. I gave her a little mani/pedi and hair do. She loved it! Now back to school and "Hello" Monday, tomorrow.
